Friday Follies: With a Small Twist

It’s the addition of the random football that makes the game so fiendishly difficult:

Bonus: Finals week at the kinder, gentler Rice.

Extra bonus: Commencement cleanup proceeds. I asked him if it was fun and he laughed and said yes.

  1. Leonard Lane says:

Is the football moving left to right or right to left? Is this Hanszen or Will Rice quad?

    • Karen says:

If I had to guess, I’d say Hanszen. It’s hard to tell, but I think I might recognize someone from the early 80s, and that person was from Hanszen.

  2. Steve Lukingbeal, Hanszen 1976 says:

It’s Hanszen College in the spring of 1973. That’s the only year Sean Logan lived there. A shirtless Jeff Mandel is present along with Louis McClutchon and several other fellows I recognize. No women are participating so it was before Hanszen went coed in the fall of 1973.

    • Katherine Eggert says:

That’s my brother Paul Eggert (Hanszen 1975) up in the air, blocking the shot.
