Bonus: I don’t know about you folks, but the only use I have for the newspaper anymore is for the comics, which I adore. One of my all-time favorites is Mary Worth, so you can image my excitement when the Italian cypress trees by the Coliseum appeared in the strip the other day!! Clearly, in my opinion, Karen Moy and Joe Giella are regular readers of the Rice History Corner.
I’m not even going to get into what’s going on in this panel other than to say that it’s one of the few times you’ll ever see Wilbur without a sandwich in his hand. Although there might be one in his other hand.
