It’s rained quite a bit the last couple of days.

The photo is unlabeled, but context suggests that it might have been taken around the same time as this one, which is dated 1994 and credited to Brian Yoo:
Both images came from Thresher files and the guy’s haircut in the top picture wouldn’t be inconsistent with what I remember of 1994. I had small children, then, however, so I might have that all wrong.
Bonus: As long as you’re here you might as well go ahead and take the tour.
