It looks to have been taken sometime between 1970, when the Museum and Media Center were finished, and whenever the police station was built. I can’t recall off the top of my head but I’d guess that was mid-’80s.

Extra Bonus: An unusually alert faculty member spotted some unexpected waterfowl on campus. Must be a rare migratory visitor.
