There’s no identification, not even a date. The back of the photo just says “Alumni Happy Hour.” 
I recognize a couple of these rascals and I concede that they do look pretty happy.
Bonus: Sometimes I forget to notice how beautiful tree trunks can be. But not always. This is over by the Jones School.
Where are the alums? The sign indicates a relationship to Ireland. I do not recognize any of them. I do not think they are from my era.

The decor of the pub is what it looked like after 1975. It was rebuilt that year after the big flood which (among other things) flooded the RMC basement with several feet of water containing raw sewage and hydraulic fluid from the elevator. The clothes also look like late seventies or early eighties to me.
