My “Where’s Willy?”was harder than I thought. I failed to factor into my calculations just how new the place is—I walk past it twice a day but most people probably haven’t been there yet.
Willy was checking out the James Turrell skyspace over by the Shepherd School! He was intrigued but not totally sure what to make of it.
While in the vicinity Willy insisted on a visit to the Jesse H. Jones School of Business, which he deemed “right up my alley.”
Warning: I will keep this up until it doesn’t make me laugh anymore. I’m pretty immature so it might be quite a while.
My guess for the location was “someplace built after I was at Rice”. Now I’m right twice.
Sounds like an idea for a new centennial children’s book, “Where’s Willy?”
When will Willy the smaller visit Wily the larger?
ahem. I wish there was a way to delete or edit posts with stupid typos!
Nobody’s perfect!
I feel sure that a visit will take place soon.
Each time that I have been at the Turrell, it has had a large sign stating that it was closed and under video surveillance – not an invitating situation for prospective visitors like me. (of course, in my younger days, that wouldn’t have deterred me.)
