They don’t look like they’re working on their tans. They do look like some rowdies at a baseball game in about the middle of the 1980s.

This brings back fond memories of when there was a kazoo section in the stands of the Rice baseball games, led by several poli-sci professors. Each player had his own theme song when he came to bat, aptly played on kazoos by the fans themselves… I see only one student with a kazoo here.
This is a group of some Jones folks, and some others-The girl in the middle left foreground is Beth Sinclair, Jones 85, and I am pretty sure that the girl in front of her with the kazoo is Robin Brooks, also Jones ’85- also, it may have been one of the inter college track meets that we had in the early 80’s. I participated in one and tried to show how I ran hurdles in high school- and things like that are why they are laughing so hard…
