Purely by accident, since last Christmas I’ve come across two nice holiday cards sent out by the Rice school of architecture. The first one is undated but seems from context to be from the mid to late 1940s:
The second (my favorite) is circa 1950:

Bonus: You can really tell it’s Christmas time in Houston when the leaves begin to fall.
I like the interior of the first card. It reminds me of the logo of Herman Miller circa 1946.
My favorite is the 40s because it says
Merry Christmas
I like the 40s one too, because it looks like architecture of the period.
