Friday Follies: Sherry Party, 1963

I can’t help but wonder how the rest of the evening went after starting off by pounding sherries for half an hour at Dean Richter’s house:

Bonus: I adore this little sign. In classic Rice fashion it’s completely invisible from the front of the Mech Lab.

    What used to be glued to the wall, where the adhesive spots show on the bricks below and to the right of the sign? A smaller sign?

    I recall a sherry party at Dr. Gruber’s when he was Master of Hanszen, but I don’t remember if it was my 1st year (68-69) or maybe when I was an adviser to first-years for the first time (70-71).
