Mules and Men, 1914

This picture filled me with admiration for both:

The date was July 16, 1914 and they were digging, straight up, the tunnel from the Physics Building. I’ll bet it was hot.

  4. A green anole. I had one of those that lived in and out of my bedroom when I was growing up in Louisiana (before air conditioning). They are really sweet little lizards.

    They should the state reptile of someplace, because they are cool.
